By using the Services and submitting data, you confirm that:

  • Your use of the Services complies with applicable law

  • Data submitted is lawful and accurate

Where users upload client or third-party data, the user remains responsible for determining lawful purposes of processing, and AkountSmart acts as a service provider facilitating the Services.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including relevant Indian data protection laws where applicable.

We do not sell personal data.
